Through-type Shot Blasting Machine

This series of steel pipe external wall shot blasting machines is suitable for the pre-treatment of steel pipe anti-corrosion in water supply, natural gas, mining, oilfield and other fields, as well as the shot blasting of gas transmission pipelines in seabed and desert areas, improving the appearance quality and surface process state of product parts.
For steel pipes with a diameter of φ22-φ600mm, the equipment adopts "V"-shaped roller conveying at a certain angle to the center line of the steel pipe, and the shot blasters are arranged in an upward-throwing mode, realizing synchronous cleaning with the steel pipe moving forward and rotating at the same time.
For steel pipes with a diameter of φ159-φ3600mm, the equipment adopts supporting wheel transmission with adjustable wheel spacing, which is suitable for a wide range of pipe diameters, and the traveling speed and rotating speed of the steel pipe can be flexibly adjusted; the shot blasters are arranged in a bottom-throwing mode, featuring high cleaning efficiency and excellent effect.
The shot recycling and purification system is equipped with an overflow induction type controllable full-curtain multi-stage air separation separator and a special polyester core elevator conveyor belt, achieving efficient separation and recycling of shots.
The shot blasting chamber is provided with multi-layer sealing curtains suitable for different pipe diameters. The shot blasting dust removal system adopts a pulse jet filter cartridge dust collector, which has a good dust removal effect and long service life.
